ELECTRICITY.... PROUDLY NIGERIAN!

It was a saturday evening, no light and the generator being weary, refused to start up.
I lit up the candle, sat alone in my room with my camera...i had just gotten back from a wedding i went to cover.
I saw the 'Proudly Nigeria' wristband that i had on, looked at the candle i had lighted in the room, smiled and said to myself, 'THIS IS PROUDLY NIGERIAN'.
There has been so many articles, campaigns and even walks on the issue of power in Nigeria, many had even given up. I still believe strongly that SOMEDAY which is VERY SOON... ELECTRICITY WILL BE PROUDLY NIGERIAN!

Children... God's gift

Psalm 127:3 says Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a reward from him.. Parenting is a HUGE job no doubt, but fortunately you can make a meaningful impact in your child’s life in a very short time. The Bible says; "Train  up a child in the way he should go; when he is old, he will not depart from  it.
Heb. 22:6

The Round Thing

.......Recently, i went on a visit to my late grandmother's house... my grand aunt still lives there... The whole place brought back memories... I remember we visit the place a lot when i was much younger.. I remembered she use to have a round thing (i'm not sure what to call it) where she stores her clothes. I asked her where the round thing is.. she laughed.. opened a room where she stores old things and brought it out... below is the picture of the round thing... lol.. I'm sure not so many of us is familar with my round thing..

Subsequently, im going to be posting some random pictures of the ancient things i found in 'the store room'.
